Q295NH weathering plate, that is, atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel, is a series of low-alloy steel between ordinary steel and stainless steel, Q295NH weathering plate from ordinary carbon steel with a small amount of copper, nickel and other corrosion-resistant elements, with steel toughness, plastic extension, forming, welding, abrasion, high temperature, fatigue and other characteristics; weather resistance for ordinary carbon steel 2 ~ 8 times, coating for ordinary carbon steel 1.5 ~ 10 times. At the same time, it has the characteristics of rust resistance, corrosion resistance of components to extend life, thinning and reducing consumption, saving energy and so on.
Q295NH weathering plate is mainly used for steel structures used in railway, vehicles, bridges, towers, photovoltaic, high-speed engineering and other long-term exposure to the atmosphere. It is used for manufacturing structural parts such as containers, railway vehicles, oil derricks, harbor buildings, oil recovery platforms and containers containing sulfur corrosive media in chemical and petroleum equipment.
