Hongguan
ASTM A516 Grade 65 is an excellent weldable carbon steel choice for pressure vessel and boiler fabrication. The material performs well at service temperatures below ambient, with good weldability and excellent notch toughness.
Compared to ASTM A516 Grade 60, A516 Grade 65 has greater specified tensile and yield strengths.
Used throughout the oil, gas and petrochemical industry, this steel grade has also been found for use in sour service and wet H2S applications (this steel grade is HIC tested).
Hongguan Steel stocks ASTM A516 Grade 65 carbon steel plates with factory certification in accordance with EN10204 3.1 or EN10204 3.2.
