What is the difference between 304, 304H and 304L?Type 304 refers to those materials widely used in the manufacture of wire mesh, which contain 18% chromium or 8% nickel (18-8) on a stainless alloy basis, which will not rust when left outdoors and will not oxidize even when the temperature rises to
8k is actually a standard surface treatment of stainless steel. Stainless steel plate surface polishing and grinding, the surface is bright as a mirror, can shine things reflect people, called mirror 8k.We all know that stainless steel plate a chrome-nickel alloy steel, and 8k in the "8" refers to t
The common specifications of stainless steel wire mesh are 1mm-5mm, and the size of the mesh varies from 5cm-25cm. Stainless steel wire mesh specifications mainly from these three directions to see, respectively, mesh size, aperture, wire diameter, etc.. Common specification is the wire diameter, an

444 stainless steel beam:
444 steel is a high-alloy ferritic stainless steel, compared with the commonly used steel SUS430:1.
The chromium content is about 1.0% higher, and the addition of the alloying element molybdenum (Mo), so the steel has good resistance to pore corrosion, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion, in some places the corrosion resistance is even better than SUS304 and SUS316.
The addition of titanium (Ti), niobium (Nb), zirconium (Zr) and other stabilizing elements gives the steel good resistance to weld rust and high temperature oxidation.
The old brand is 00CR18MO2 and the new brand is 019CR19MO2NB1 & IUML;
The unified numerical code is S11972 (GB/T 20878-2007)
This is the most economical steel grade. As a result, 444 stainless steel sheet is less expensive than other grades of stainless steel and all metal products in general. There are different versions of the material with low and high carbon content. The low carbon version, 444 sheet is very good for welding applications as they have less carbide precipitation and less localized corrosion.

H-beam - H-beam is stronger than I-beam, but it requires more effort to produce. instead of being rolled together as one part, H-beam is made from three separate pieces and welded together. This makes each part stronger because you are using the milling equipment three times to reinforce the material, rather than using the equipment one at a time to fabricate an item. Overall, H-beams are much heavier than I-beams and can withstand more force and stress.
I-beam - is the most common beam in our inventory. I-beams have a center web that can only be rolled as far as the rolling mill equipment can handle (5/8"). I-beams are lighter in weight, which is why they are used so often. The I-beam is also a complete piece of metal. It is rolled from a single part. It can be hot rolled or laser fused.
