Hongguan
Hongguan Steel is a well known distributor and supplier of high quality SS 347/347H wire, which is susceptible to stress corrosion cracking but is more durable than other alloys. These stainless steel 347 wires have good resistance to thermal fatigue and cyclic heating and are widely used in applications where sulfur dioxide gas is encountered at high temperatures. Continuous use of our stainless steel 347H wire in the 425 degree C-860 degree C range is not recommended due to carbide precipitation, if subsequent water corrosion resistance is necessary, but it tends to perform well with temperature fluctuations above and below this range. These stainless steel 347 wires are prone to σ-phase embrittlement in the temperature range of 650 °C-900 °C. Our stainless steel 347H is typically used at temperatures starting from about 800 °C or 900 °C - above the temperature at which they are effective. These stainless steel 347 coil wires are often used for heating furnace parts, fueler parts, carburizing boxes, heat treatment baskets and fixtures, heat exchangers, wire.
