Hongguan
321H stainless steel tubing is a general purpose austenitic stainless steel that is stable to carbide precipitation and is designed for carbide precipitation in the temperature range of 427 to 816°C (800 to 1500°F). It is non-magnetic in the annealed state and can only be hardened by cold working. Titanium is added to the composition of the alloy to inhibit grain boundary chromium carbide precipitation and reduce susceptibility to intergranular corrosion.
321H stainless steel tubing is a high carbon (0.04 - 0.10) version of the alloy. It was developed to enhance creep resistance and achieve higher strength at temperatures above 1000oF (537°C). In most cases, the carbon content of the pipe makes for dual certification.
