What is the difference between 304, 304H and 304L?Type 304 refers to those materials widely used in the manufacture of wire mesh, which contain 18% chromium or 8% nickel (18-8) on a stainless alloy basis, which will not rust when left outdoors and will not oxidize even when the temperature rises to
8k is actually a standard surface treatment of stainless steel. Stainless steel plate surface polishing and grinding, the surface is bright as a mirror, can shine things reflect people, called mirror 8k.We all know that stainless steel plate a chrome-nickel alloy steel, and 8k in the "8" refers to t
The common specifications of stainless steel wire mesh are 1mm-5mm, and the size of the mesh varies from 5cm-25cm. Stainless steel wire mesh specifications mainly from these three directions to see, respectively, mesh size, aperture, wire diameter, etc.. Common specification is the wire diameter, an

Shandong Hongguan Steel Group Co., Ltd. is located in the city of Jinan, Shandong Province, China. We are a company mainly producing and processing carbon steel plate/coil and rod, stainless steel plate/coil/rod, cold rolled sheet/coil, aluminum coil/plate, galvanized steel plate/coil, color coated galvanized sheet and other high quality products.
Product Description
Application:
- Used for electric power, communication, processing support line, underground support wire and messenger wire.
- S-S cable is used as support wire of telephone communication cable
- It is also used as support wire of internet communication cable.
- It is also used for fish fraps.
- It is also used for out-casing which performs redrawing after plating.
Features
- Normal tensile, high tensile and Extra-high tensile.
Construction
- Galvanized Steel Wire Strand is made to ASTM B498; ASTM A 475; BS 183,IEC 888 etc.
- The metallic zinc coatings applied by the galvanizing process are an effective way of combating corrosion in steel.
- Galvanized wire for cable application is available in a Class A coating; Class B coating and Class C coating.
- Class A coatings are smoother, however less corrosion resistant than heavy galvanized coatings and are often used in normal wire working applications. Some typical end users include cages, bucket handles, coat hangers and baskets.
- Class B and Class C coatings are used in conditions where atmospheric corrosion is severe. End users include crop support wires where chemicals are used, pool fencing or chain mesh in coastal areas.
- Diameter Range of steel wire: 1.57 -4.00 mm.
Standards
- Stay wire,Guy Wire (Galvanized Steel Wire Strand) meets or exceeds the requirements of all international standards like ASTM,IEC,DIN,BS,AS,CSA,NFC,SS,etc. in addition, we also accept OEM service to meet your special request.
